Nature Morte, India’s premier contemporary art gallery, is delighted to be presenting new work by seven global artists from India and beyond at The Armory Show 2023. Based in New Delhi, it was the first gallery from India to be included in The Armory Show in 2005 and is the only participating gallery from India in 2023.

Nature Morte is synonymous in India with challenging and experimental forms of art: championing conceptual lens-based and installation genres and representing a generation of Indian artists who have gone on to international exposure. For The Armory Show 2023, the gallery is bringing together work by seven artists, engaging with a richness of mediums including painting, mixed media, drawings, installation and textiles and demonstrating an interplay between representation and abstraction.
