For Frieze London 2022, Nature Morte will present a concise booth displaying new works by only four artists. Large works on canvas by Tanya Goel, Jitish Kallat, and Imran Qureshi will command attention, with each artist continuing to develop their signature style into accomplished and confident directions. Bringing these paintings together will create a dialogue around geometry and its applications to contemporary abstraction. The fourth artist, Saad Qureshi, will be represented by small works, tucked away in the corners, hand-woven paper works, which conflate textiles and digital technologies.
